Location: Room 112 @ Mercy Street Apartments. It's a two-room apartment! The smaller room is Ouka's bedroom, currently furnished with the belongings of the last resident that lived there, and the larger one is the makeshift clinic.

It's located right across from the superintendent's office and the lobby.

➙ a desk occupied by some over-the-counter prescriptions she found in the bathroom cabinet, as well as band-aids and bandages and ointment.

Abilities: Ouka has the ability to cast healing zaiphon which is just what the name implies. She can heal wounds, sicknesses, and broken limbs, as well as send some of her power into someone else so that they can utilize it. She cannot bring back the dead, nor is she extremely skilled with her powers. She's like - a doctor-in-training. Ouka is also the vessel for the Eye of Raphael which is basically a ~magical~ item that can nuke a whole kingdom.
Modified Abilities: The Eye of Raphael will stay dormant. no nuking for deadland.

HOUSING: She is staying at the "clinic" at the Mercy Street Apartments.

CONDITION: Good. (Healthy, no wounds, no sicknesses)

ATTITUDE: T-THESE ANIMALS

POSITION: She's currently overseeing the makeshift clinic being arranged on the first floor of Mercy Street Apartments.
